Dolphin Charters has been a leader in professionally led small group whale watching cruises and natural history, and photo tours for over thirty years.

Summers we specialize in overnight cruises to the wilderness and wildlife-rich waters of Southeast Alaska and British Columbia. The rest of the year we focus on the friendly gray whales of the Baja Peninsula, the Galapagos, the Amazon, as well as the San Francisco Bay and Delta.

In these incredible places, you will experience the wilderness, natural history, and native inhabitants in a group small enough to enjoy nature without disturbing it. Our expedition leaders are seasoned guides and trained naturalists who love to share their knowledge of marine wilderness areas.

All of our trips provide inspiring photographic opportunities and all are suitable for wildlife and nature photography. Many trips are offered as photo workshops or photo tours and are led by nationally and internationally well known photographers. We can customize trips/charters for groups or individuals in all the areas in which we operate.
